Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification if there are any delays.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping via USPS for all orders. Estimated delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 3-7 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within [X] days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Process

- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using USPS with tracking to ensure the package reaches us.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
